Here at Ami’s we deliver personal training sessions for men and women and the sessions are exactly that, PERSONAL. After meeting with you we design sessions specifically tailored to your needs. We also deliver one to one Pilates sessions and have frequently been known to mix the disciplines depending on the individual’s needs.
